Program Details
Here is a preview of the first four stories in our program:
Story One: Yes You Can, Little Spider
This story is about a little spider who doesn't want to make his spider web after he tries for the very first time because his attempt at making his first web is very difficult and he gets so frustrated.
The playtime is about building confidence, learning that performing and completing any task comes with challenges and that making mistakes, especially when learning something new, are ok. What's important is to keep on trying.
Here we meet SUNKO, who has a suggestion about what we can do when mistakes and frustrations happen. We learn about problem solving and decision making. We include yoga that enacts the "being frustrated" dance, accompanied by music.
Story Two: Oh No! What Happened to My Beautiful Under-the-Sea Garden?
GOGO, the friendly little sea monster, finds some strange looking objects in his garden. This is a bit scary and disappointing. Gogo needs to understand what's happening, what these objects are, and what to do next.

Here we learn about an act of kindness, being helpful by cleaning up the garbage and how to be kind to nature as we find it around us, expressed with yoga-inspired movement.
The main puppet character in this case is TINKA, who works to be kind.
Story Three: Let's Have a Dinosaur Roaring Good Time!
OMI, who is curious about anything and everything, receives a letter from grownup dinosaurs who need help with their baby dinosaurs.

Through yoga-inspired dance, movement, and music, we engage our imagination and go on an adventure to help solve the mystery. It will indeed be a dinosaur roaring good time!
Children learn about the importance of listening to grownups, and some simple facts about dinosaurs.

Here we meet OMI
Story Four: I'll Try Even Though I'm Scared!
The story is about a little bug who lives by a beautiful lake. She is scared to go into the water. Why is this? Well, you'll need to come to hear the whole story to find out!
Here we meet EPI, who most of the time tries to be brave. Together with EPI, through music, dance, and yoga movement, children help the little bug to feel a bit more brave. We explore why saying yes to something while being scared is brave and that saying no to something can be brave too.
